Previous Admin Experience:

• Grand RP Server – Senior Admin – Managing player complaints, overseeing the enforcement of the rules, mentoring the junior admin team, and taking care of role assignments were some of my core responsibilities.
• College Tech Forum – Moderator/Admin – I was in charge of the community discussions, automated all the workflows with scripts that I created, and ensured smooth communication in technical projects.
• Developer Project Management Discord – Admin – I was in charge of permissions setup, creating structured channels/forums, streamlining tasks, and onboarding members.

• I have first-hand leadership and administrative experience and would love to use that to support and grow the server.
• I am great with automation, scripting, and the organization of workflows, which can help make server management more efficient.
• I like the idea of being helpful to new players in the community, solving issues in a fair manner, and making sure that the community is engaging and safe.

• Weakness: At times, I find myself trying to do too much at once, but I have recognized this, and I am working on it by learning how to delegate and manage my workload better.

Yes, I will be able to perform admin duties regularly. As a student, I have a very flexible schedule. No potential IRL problems that I can foresee will prevent me from carrying out admin duties.
