I am applying for the position of Director of the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB).
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
1. To establish FIB as the most professional and feared state agency, specializing in intelligence, undercover work, and high-level investigations
2. To improve quality of roleplay by balancing law enforcement, covert operations, and criminal investigations with creativity and realism.
3. To give members an opportunity to develop unique skills in undercover work, surveillance, negotiation, and tactical response.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term
1. Implement a division-based system (Undercover, Intelligence, SWAT, Internal Affairs, Recruitment & Training) for structure and variety.
2. Introduce realistic investigation roleplay, including wiretaps, surveillance, evidence collection, and sting operations.
3. Strengthen inter-agency cooperation with LSPD, SANG, and Government while also maintaining FIB’s independent federal authority.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
1. Undercover Operations Week – Members go deep undercover to infiltrate gangs or cartels, building long-term RP scenarios.
2. High-Risk Raid Simulations – Joint training with LSPD and SANG on hostage rescues, cartel takedowns, and city-wide manhunts.

- Enforce a strict chain of command and discipline system for better organization.
- Create a confidential database system for investigations, arrests, and suspects.
- Introduce weekly debriefings to review cases, highlight members’ performance, and improve teamwork.
- I can bring 12–18 active members with diverse skills, ensuring all divisions are filled quickly and the FIB is operational from day one.
