2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
   I believe that I can help enhance the roleplay on this Server and becoming a faction leader would be the first step towards that goal.
   I will create availability of jobs and help other leo's to serve and protect the integrity of Los Santos
   Being a faction leader would greatly enhance my roleplay portfolio, As a leader my priority would be to uphold the expected professionalism and provide proper training environment for our recruits so they can peform effectively in the field
3. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
   1. Hosting an Undercover Operation week:
   Agents will be given formal undercover training by the best in their fields and then sent out to collect intel, bust drug rings etc..Doing this provides them with formal training and ensures that they are forged in the heat of the battle itself.
   2. Joint task force training with other orgs:
   Host co-ordinated training sessions with other leo organisations, these activities can include convoy protection, drug busts, hostage situations etc.. This will strengthen inter-organistion relations and make it more RP dynamic.
4. List any other information/ideas you may have
   As an FIB leader, here are the things I would do to help benefit the org and maintain RP:
   High command re-interviews will be taken by me personally so as to ensure no favouritism takes place.
   Proper Training sessions will be conducted and supervised by me so as to ensure my agents aren't lacking in any field.
   Surprise IA checks will be conducted so as to make sure no corruption is taking place
5. How many members can you bring to the organization?
   Setiing a realistic goal I believe I can bring anywhere from 10-30 people into FIB
