I am applying for the position of Director of the Federal Investigation Bureau.
List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
1. I want to establish the FIB as a respected and professional Organization, focusing on intelligence work, undercover operations, and major events.
2. I have a clear vision of how to give members structured training and room to grow within the organization, making sure they gain valuable skills while also enjoying their experience.
3. My goal is to create meaningful organization storylines that connect with other members, ensuring the FIB plays an active role.
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:
1. Introduce a Some new strong authorized departments for better roleplay.
2. Build investigations about FIB going to conduct a arrest warrant
3. Strengthen Coperation with other organizations.

1. Operation Deep Cover — Long-term undercover missions where agents infiltrate gangs or cartels, leading to large federal raids and multi-faction roleplay.
2. Federal Response Week — Simulated high-risk raids and city-wide takedowns with inter-agency participation (hostage rescues, cartel busts, manhunts) to test coordination under pressure.
