- I have submitted my application for the Director position at the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB).
2. What makes you want to lead this organization as its leader?
1. The goal is to build FIB into the top state agency which focuses on intelligence work and undercover operations and complex investigations.
2. The organization needs to enhance its roleplay quality through a combination of realistic law enforcement activities and creative covert operations and criminal investigations.
3. The organization will provide members with chances to learn specialized skills through undercover operations and surveillance work and negotiation techniques and tactical response methods.
3. During your leadership term you will execute three specific plans to enhance the organization's roleplay quality.
1. The organization will establish a divisional framework (Undercover, Intelligence, SWAT, Internal Affairs, Recruitment & Training) to create structure and role variety.
2. The organization will conduct realistic investigations through wiretaps and surveillance and evidence collection and sting operations.
3. The FIB will enhance its relations with LSPD and SANG and Government agencies through inter-agency cooperation while preserving its status as an independent federal authority
4. You will develop two specific events and activities which will enhance your organization's performance.
1. Undercover Operations Week allows members to embed themselves within gangs and cartels for extended roleplay experiences.
2. The organization will conduct High-Risk Raid Simulations through joint operations with LSPD and SANG for hostage rescue and cartel elimination and citywide manhunt activities.

1. The organization needs to establish a strict command structure with disciplinary measures to achieve better operational organization.
