Spec ops: this department will be the fire power of city and will help all the department if asked and also all the agents in this department will respond to every global situation or any situation aspe that there main work they will have full training in nagotation . shooting. hiding. and also retreating they will be back bone of fib
UC. this will be the undercover department that collect evidence ageist gang and other criminal activist and hunt down wanted criminals and also provide any intel that needed
IA: this department is internal affairs, of fib this department will maintain discipline and will make sure all agents of fib are doing there duty okay and they will also handle all of the paper work and logs of agents
OO- this department is overspecialized UC of fib member of OO will only respond to OO handler and OO handler will only respond to director and deputy director of fib there main work is to get evidence and intel about criminal organization they do not participate in other activity's like normal UC DO
HRT: hrt is department that will monitor training and promotion of agents with ia they will also be one hiring training agents and helping any agents about any question or any thing member and head of Hrt will be people who are very Experienced in fib and state they will need knowledge so if any agents need any help they can help him.
Punishment System:
Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination

- Which leadership position are you applying for?Director of FIB(Federal Investigation Bureau)
- List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization ! Answer 1)I have been a part of state organizations most of my time spent in the city. I started my state career as a law student and experienced the grind from the bottom in most of the legal organizations. I have practiced law in the city as a lawyer, judge, Supreme Court Justice . I also have been a part of Legal for a long time serving as Deputy Chief of police for Karma Hi.I think this gives me enough experience to lead and teach the correct way to execute certain operations and to follow legislation in all matters. Which i think will improve the level of roleplay within state organizations. I think that everything i did helped me to prepare for a leadership position like this. I want to start by improving the quality of my organization with my experience with the law and other experiences in state organizastions.
2) I want to prevent all illegal activities in city. Our special forces called Spec Ops and Undercover department will work together and prevent illegal activities in deeper levels. I believe that the most important task of FIB is to conduct raids and collect evidences from criminals.
I am planning to finish the raid season during my first term.
I also want to increase the quaility of LEO's and their activity in city. FIB agents need to be ready at all times for criminal activities in the city.
3) I think that a great term starts from working closer with other state organizations because i think that state organizations are lacking in this department. We need to work together so we can show the citizens that they have someone always protecting them. I want to plan lots of operations with other state organizations and want to show the power of LEO side. - List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term. Raids & Undercover:
Raids and evidences are so important for FIB and i have a great team in mind. In our term with Deputies and , the Undercover department made a great job.
I will bring a team that is able to do the same thing and share our experience with them to add more quality to this department.
Activity & Duties:
My goal is to be the most active organization in city as we did in past terms with Habbi . I will keep our numbers always high and i want to keep our agents ready for
all possible criminal activities. FIB agents will patrol active places in city, do their official duties and they will protect citizens at all costs. I also want to point out the fact that wanted criminals have been roaming around the city with no fear. I am going to make sure that this changes. •Promotion Ceremony As the leader of the FIB, I will work towards promoting the growth of the community by offering employment opportunities to both new players and veterans. To ensure that all employees meet our high standards, I will establish specific criteria that must be met during the selection process. Once hired, FIB Agents will receive comprehensive training to prepare them for their duties. - List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization Recruitment -: I will always Open Recruitment So People can get chance to Work In FIB and Will make Strong Undercover Department so we can collect Good Evidence and Making Organisation Improving Roleplay Term and Working with Employees and do meeting with state leader About How can fib improve - It is important that all FIB Agents conduct themselves in a professional manner, and we will enforce strict consequences for any unprofessional behaviour. By maintaining high standards and providing proper training, we can create a culture of excellence within the FIB and set an example for other organisations in the community and Make Good internal affair Department .
- List any other information/ideas you may have. •We would host leadership meetings, and meetings with lower ranks to make sure everyone is familiar with each other and get vent out any frustrations. I would also push for higher quality RP while interacting with hostages and normal players. •Instead of taking negotiations to OOC, And claiming you cant demand "that" and breaking the RP by saying "1 demand 1 hostage", I will try my best to keep the negotiations IC and if there is any particular rule break we can report it afterwards.
