3.2 All the High command should always follow proper RP standards. Staying in character during every situation sets the right tone for others. Appreciating all employees with good RP can motivate the whole team to improve RP.
3.3 People improve faster when they feel comfortable and not judged. Creating a friendly vibe where questions are welcomed makes RP better for everyone. And when someone does great work or shows improvement, they should be appreciated. 3. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization.
1st Idea -:
Have an attorney always on call when emergencies arise with EMS workers.
Make sure you recruit openly and give practical and helpful training to your team.
4. List any other information/ideas you may have -:• Hiring People every time and Dividing shift in ems. • Promotion Ceremony The Employee working hard will get promotion .
5. How many members can you bring to the organization? 30 to 40 People in Starting week

- Which leadership position are you applying for? Chief of Medicine (EMS)
- List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
- 2.1) I have started my journey in EMS as a trainee to Deputy chief of EMS and gained a lot of experience while working under Chiefs from Frosty . Now I am confident enough to uphold responsibility and show my leadership skills as Chief of EMS.
2.2) As a Chief of EMS, I can execute my plans and ideas in a better way to make sure both lobbies are covered, maintain high stocks in the lab, and increase interaction between EMS employees and citizens to maintain healthy public relationships.
2.3) As a High Command (DOMD, HOMD, DCMD) in EMS, I have witnessed many highs and lows as well as both positive and negative aspects, from empty lobbies to unresponsive state calls, especially in night hours. My goal is to make a difference by recruiting and appointing high commands and employees for the night shift and taking EMS to its peak

- Organizing daily events and special events in which citizens are obliged to participate.
- Providing top notch service and professionalism by the EMS.
- High level of roleplay by every single employee.
- Training must be conducted with utmost perfection.
- Making sure there aren't any mistakes or flaws by the members.
- Conducting IC events with other LEO organizations.
