    1. To Uphold Order and Protect the State
    As leader of SANG, I want to ensure the safety and security of the state through organized patrols, effective communication, and strict enforcement of protocols. I take pride in defending the city from external threats and maintaining peace within our borders.
    2. To Build and Lead a Disciplined, Active, and Motivated Team
    believe in strong leadership that inspires others. My goal is to create an active, respectful, and disciplined unit where every member feels valued and knows their role in contributing to the success of the organization. I want to promote teamwork, fairness, and professionalism.
    3. To Introduce Strategic Improvements and Drive Progress
    I see opportunities to improve training systems, operational efficiency, and inter-faction coordination. As leader, I would implement realistic drills, promote RP immersion, and ensure our members are always ready for any situation—from events to real-time threats.

    1. Implement Structured and Immersive Training Programs
    I will develop detailed training sessions that simulate real-life military scenarios—such as border control drills, hostage rescue missions, convoy escorts, and base defense. These events will follow strict RP protocols to enhance realism and prepare members for both scripted and spontaneous RP situations.
    2. Enforce RP Standards and Reward Quality RP
    I will establish clear RP rules within SANG (e.g. using proper radio codes, ranks, and military behavior). At the same time, I will introduce a recognition system—like “RP Soldier of the Week”—to reward those who consistently demonstrate high-quality RP, encouraging others to follow suit*
    3. Increase Cross-Faction RP Events
    I will coordinate regular RP-based joint operations or events with other organizations (e.g., LSPD, FIB, GOV, or even criminal orgs with admin approval). These scenarios will range from military aid in riots to coordinated raids, helping to build deeper and more dynamic RP across the server.

  • How many members can you bring to the organization?
    I can bring 10–15 active and experienced members to the organization right away. These are loyal players, many of whom have previous legal org or combat experience, and are ready to follow SANG rules and contribute to RP events.Additionally, I have connections in the community and can recruit more over time, especially through Discord, in-game interaction, and RP-focused recruitment drives.
