State Rules
1.1 All leaders, judges, attorneys, and EMS employees must comply with state legislation and must not engage in corruption. | Warning to the player.
1.2 Employees of a state organization may only be corrupt after exceeding training ranks and only with a biography approved by the curator and leader. | Warning to the player.
1.3 State employees may only enter a gang HQ for raids. | Warning to the player.

1.4 All state employees must maintain a clean background. | Verbal warning, up to formal warning.
1.5 Armored cars may only be used in a convoy of 3 cars. | Verbal warning, up to formal warning.
1.6 Using organization vehicles for personal use is forbidden. | Warning to the player.
1.7 It is mandatory to record all arrests and confiscations and retain the POV footage for 72 hours. | Warning to the player.
1.8 All state organization employees must follow legislation; corruption without an approved biography is prohibited. | Warning to the player.
1.9 Stalling or delaying the arrest process is forbidden. | Demorgan for 60-120 minutes to the player.
1.10 Trunk confiscations must be performed using proper RP commands and the server script. | Warning to the player, up to organization level.

Government
2.1 The government houses the Department of Justice (DOJ), including all judges and attorneys.
2.2 District Court Judges are appointed by the Supreme Court Justice. The Supreme Court Justice is appointed by the vote of the senator(s).
2.3 Courts must accept cases no later than 72 hours after they are filed. | Verbal warning.
2.4 Courts must take action no later than 72 hours after accepting a case. | Verbal warning.
2.5 Judges must record all court hearings and keep POV footage for 72 hours, which must be presented upon request by the curator. | Verbal, up to warning.
2.6 Changing name or appearance to avoid court is forbidden. | Warning to the player.
2.7 The government must host 2 in-character (IC) public events weekly, subject to prior approval by the curator. | Verbal warning.
2.8 The government has the right to create laws, legislation, and bills, provided they do not contradict out-of-character (OOC) rules or RP standards. These must be approved by the chief state curator. | Warning.
2.9 The DOJ is responsible for maintaining and enforcing legislation; appropriate actions must be taken in cases of breaches. | Warning.

Emergency Medical Services
3.1 EMS must always have employees present in hospitals to heal players and sell medication at all times. | Warning.

3.4 EMS must conduct medical runs for state organizations without exception. | Verbal warning, up to warning.

4.1 WN must have employees editing ads at all times. | Verbal, up to warn.
4.2 All WN employees are treated as normal civilians and may engage in illegal activities.
4.3 WN has the right as a private organization to keep their information private from legal organizations.
Exception: Court order for a specific set of information.
4.4 WN must abide by legislation while conducting organizational activities. | Verbal, up to warn.
Federal Investigation Bureau
5.1 FIB holds federal jurisdiction and may take over situations if deemed appropriate.
5.2 FIB is responsible for conducting raids on criminal elements in Los Santos and must create a case file to be submitted to the DOJ, which must also be approved by the GOV Curator.
5.3 Raids conducted by FIB must start on time; any delay or early start is forbidden. | Verbal, up to warn.
Exception: Another situation arises.
San Andreas National Guard
6.1 SANG has the right to shoot any trespassers on sight.
6.2 SANG must conduct ammo runs for state organizations without exception. | Verbal, up to warn.
6.3 SANG Ammo runs cannot be robbed between 16:00 - 18:00. | Warn.
