2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization

I have worked in many legal organizations and that has lead me to have good experience in leading events and leading my units to victory. I know how to lead the organization with the experience that I have gotten from other organizations and with that experience I know that I can show San Andreas National Guards potential to other organizations.



Leadership is more than just a title, its about setting an example, being present with your officers. My leadership style focus on performance based growth and accountability. I plan to implement a structure training for the new recruits, promote officers on the basis of their performance without any nepotism/favoritism. I will ensure that the MP department remain active to keep the organization corruption free.



My goal here is to assemble a group of Responsible people who works as a team and fulfil their responsibilities as a team. I will always try to motivate them and make sure that the outcome is achieved. As an SANG organization we will co-operate with other state orgs and will take down the criminal activities in the State of Los Santos.

• Promote RP Culture from the Top

Leadership should set the tone by using realistic military/law enforcement RP language, ranks, and commands in daily interactions. Enforcing Roleplay before action should be the standard.

• if I'll be NG leader I'll make sure my Term End with the professionalism without warning or verbal

• As we know the Ng is army so first of all , i will try to have good number in organization after getting good number soldiersi already have good Hc on my mind; thats why i can get many good soldiers for maintaining the org

4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization

• - I will try my best to host some events within the organisation for the army employees so Everyone can take part which will keep them enjoying and being active in the org.

• I will try introducing some exciting challenges and practices for the army where they can have fun and also get practice about the work.

I have a Great Experience in Zenith Roleplay I served as Deputy Director ( Carlo Federal Term) Deputy chief of Police ( Karma Chopper Term) Deputy chief of Medicine (Frosty Term) DHS minister (Flexi term 5th Governor)
