9. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
9.1 when i join this server EMS is my first org,i really enjoyed EMS RP like how EMS brings life back to rp scenes,and i want to take that forward by keeping our term active and involved in city roleplay.i do focus on keeping that realism alive.
9.2 I want to become The Leader Of EMS Because I want To serve The Community And To Ensure My Team Provides The Highest Standard Of Care In the City. EMS is no about quick response times its about being there for people When They Are Injured Or In Need and make critical decisions that can save lives
9.3 I will ensure that my whole HC team is made up of outstanding, well deserving workers who will dedicate their time and energy to help me, my term and the citizens. Also I will ensure that no one in the organisation is guided by favouritism. Will ensure that all employees adhere to the code of conduct and work ethics in order to maintain the smooth operation of the organisation.
10. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.- Create a training system that slowly builds players up
- Add standard procedures for different kinds of medical cases, so roleplay feels professional.
- Keep EMS actively patrolling and make sure we have proper coordination with other departments during incidents.
11. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
-Emergency Drill Events – big roleplay scenes like pile-up crashes, fire outbreaks, or disaster calls where EMS takes charge
- Public Engagement – ride alongs, awareness sessions or small competitions within EMS to make things fun and rewarding.
12. List any other information/ideas you may have
-A fair ranking and reward system so members feel motivated. Working more with police, fire, and government to create smooth joint operations. Keeping proper records of calls and training for transparency.
