2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
2.1: I have excellent communication and guidance, i can solve problems efficiently and handle big tasks / responsibility easily, i have plans to improve the structure of legal organizations, in synergy with LSPD, Government and FIB we will all play a crucial role in preserving the lawful state of the city.
2.2: As leader of SANG i will commit to making the city safer and more enjoyable for everyone, i will stop gang activity and arrest anyone who may break the law to maintain and uphold the regulations and constitution of the whole state.
2.3: I enjoy legal RP and want to create engaging and fun RP for everyone by making sure everyone knows the rules and helping anyone in need. I can
coordinate with LSPD ,Government and FIB to make sure everyone has a fun and safe experience.
3.1: implement a basic and advanced training course to ensure everyone has knowledge in firearms and simple combat, after completing your basic training you will be enrolled to the advanced training where you will learn and gain experience in RP specific situations such as Store robberies , home invasions , bank or casino robberies , hostage situations ETC, this will ensure that every National Guard operative is proficient with their work and capable of keeping civilians safe and stopping gang/terrorist activity if needed.
3.2: I will get 10 + members active within the first week of my leadership, we will all be hard working and committed to making the city a safer and more enjoyable environment for current and new players, our members will work tirelessly to ensure all tasks , Ammo runs, responding to backup calls and any type of SANG activity is done swiftly and efficiently, During my leadership i will have 20+ members committed and working diligently to allowing the state to grow as a safe and governed community.
3.3: I will have realistic Departments , Standards, Codes and Ranking systems with realistic purposes whilst having a strict punishment system with fair and honest punishments for IC rule breaks.
3.4: i will ensure that all government employees have good working relationships with neighboring departments such as LSPD , Government and FIB this will guarantee that we can all work together for the better of the state and keep every civilian informed , safe and most of all happy without any complications on our end, This way we can all work in conjunction to keep the city safe whilst allowing RP to grow and flourish within the community.

5.1: i am ex Deputy of Ballas , Bloods and have extensive experience and knowledge within crime i believe i can use this to put a stop to any and all illegal gang activity,
5.2: Im a very active and dedicated member of Zenith city, I believe that by building / catering for a stronger National Guard, Government and policing structure we can create a more immersive and enjoyable experience for both new and veteran players.Strengthening these departments will not only help to enhance realism but also empower players to explore fresh storylines, develop deeper character arcs, and contribute meaningfully to the city's RP narrative.

4.1 : I will introduce an aim training scheme were you will get rewarded based on your scores higher scores/ better aim equals better rewards, this will encourage people to be more active and practice which will allow National Guard soldiers to be more proficient at taking down any threats / keeping the state safe.
4.2: I want to introduce a reward by work system where National Guard employees earn their place and climb the ranks by putting in hard work and showing unwavering effort and dedication5. List any other information / ideas you may have :
