- Past Experience in EMS in other city. ( Grand RP )
- Passion for doing Medic roleplay.
- Try to make EMS the best. - List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
- Proper training system: Proper training system will ensure all the employees work without breaking any rule & most importantly professionally.
- System of Promotion & Management: I'll make sure the promotion criteria and bonuses are enough to have the employees engaged and motivated to work for the maximum time which would make the organization show up in the city.
- Activity: I'll try to add a system through which all the employees would actively co-ordinately work with the other state organizations and at the same time would handle the entire EMS org too. - List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
- Regular Waves: for spreading awareness about EMS and colaborate with state organizations to kind of do some new events to simply increase the awareness of the organization.
- Educational Activities: such as doing RP activity to tell them about danger to their health and also encourage citizens to join EMS to serve for the city. - List any other information/ideas you may have
- Honestly, that's all. I would just say, I really think I can make this organization the best. - How many members can you bring to the organization?
- Aiming for 15+ in the first week, as the quantity of members doesn't really matter but the quality does. I'll make sure that even if the organization wouldn't be able to get alot of members, I'll still make the members capable of handling the organization even by themselves.
