  1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
     
     I am applying for Leader of Ballas.​
  2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
     
     1. I haven't much in illegal org experience. So I want to try the ballas and I want to hold the legacy top what previous leaders did!!!!
     
     2. I want Ballas to feel alive again. Real street RP, strong interactions with other gangs, organized moves, and a clear identity that people recognize the moment they see purple. I want to lead a gang that stands out, not blends in.
     
     3. This will be my first time as a leader, but I understand these things. I would like to have experience as a leader to manage everything in an organized manner.
     
     
  3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
     
     1. I will training new members with rules knowledge and discipline on store robbery, hostage, House robbery, FZ raid, and Ruling ghetto.
     
     2. I would also interact with the other gang families and bloods do some events with each other so both of the gangs can have a good chance on dominating the city and destroy the leos.
     
     3. I will make sure my gang brothers adherence to the rules and engage with drugs dealing, Black market, Selling weapons and many more...….
     
     
  4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
     
     1. Ballas Street Takeover Event. This controlled ghetto role-playing event involves Ballas blocking a street, establishing a street market, engaging with locals, and making a statement.
     
     2. Underground Fight Night. Ballas hosts this betting and boxing event to all gangs and citizen who feel they are most strongest man in this city.
     
     
  5. List any other information/ideas you may have
     
     I want Ballas to have its own flavour in the city — not just another gang in purple, but a crew that stands out by the way we move, talk, handle business, and back each other up.
     
     My plan is to build a strong bond inner circle, a trusted group handling money flow, connections, information, and high-level operations. Everyone will know their role, and no one will overstep the hierarchy.
     
     
  6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
     
     I can try my best to bring more active people into this city, but for you i can handle with 5-8 active people with me.
