Dear Management,
I created a ticket yesterday for the admins to review my situation. The Deputy Chief Admin jack Carson responded with a (+) at 1:17 , as shown in my pov, indicating that he was watching the situation. Once it was resolved, he came to me at 4:39 and requested my POV without providing any explanation. He completely ignored the original purpose of the ticket, which was to check my report and the issue I raised. whatever z complyed with him and sent the pov respecting his position ( POV ) ( proof ).
I explained to him that I was the one who opened the ticket and that his role was to review my problem and assist me. Instead, he asked for my POV for no clear reason. It appears that he may have been biased toward his friend ID: 60 maybe, and it felt like he was abusing his admin power to look for any rule break on my side rather than focusing on the actual issue reported.
even if the player id: 60 open a ticket against me still he cant request my pov , unless requesting pov according to GR 5.26 .
and the report should be in forums not a ticket or in Dms.
I asked him for the reason both at the time and later in DMs, but he did not provide a clear answer. At this point, I cannot see any other explanation for his actions.
i hope check this matter and let me know about the reason of requesting my pov like this because this is not fair .
