Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
- List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
1) I want to apply for LSPD Leader because I want to rebuild my reputation and show that I have really improved. I know my FIB term getting disbanded was my mistake and I learned a lot from it. Since then i have been active following the rules, and focusing on clean and good RP.
2) My second reason is that I want to make LSPD active and strong in the city. I want to help reduce crime by making sure our officers are present, alert, and doing their duty properly. When someone thinks about doing something illegal, they should think twice because they know LSPD is active and will respond quickly. My goal is to make the city feel safer and make LSPD a department that people respect
3) My third reason is that I want to make LSPD more organized and fair for everyone. I want to give good bonuses, treat every member equally, and make sure there is no favoritism in the department. I also want to add weekly LSPD activities to keep the team active and make the work environment more enjoyable. I will check the activity of all units, and promotions will only go to the people who are genuinely active and deserving. My goal is to build an LSPD where everyone feels respected, motivated, and treated fairly
- List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1) A better bonus system
I want to set up a simple and fair bonus system so every officer feels motivated and valued.
2) Give bonuses on time
I will make sure all bonuses are given on time, so my LSPD members know their hard work is noticed and appreciated.
3) Regular activity checks
I will check everyone’s activity regularly, so promotions and responsibilities go to the people who are actually active and putting in effort.

1) Weekly Promotion Ceremony
Every week, I want to hold a small promotion ceremony where we appreciate the officers who are active and doing good work. It keeps the team happy and motivated.
2) Weekly LSPD Meeting
I will also do a weekly meeting where everyone can talk about their problems, give suggestions, or tell what they feel needs improvement. It will also help us remind officers to update their logs and stay on track.

1.During any situation, we will respond with the maximum units available. No one should roam around the city randomly when a Sit is active. If someone ignores the situation or doesn’t attend without a valid reason, I will take strict action. This will help keep LSPD disciplined and working together as a team.
2.During my term there will be no favoritism and everyone in LSPD will be treated the same and treated fairly.
