2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organisation:
2.1: I favour legal RP, and after leading the San Andreas National Guard, I want to use my knowledge to provide exciting and intriguing RP for everyone by ensuring everyone understands rules and assisting anybody in need. I can collaborate with SANG, Government, EMS, SAHP and FIB to ensure a safe and enjoyable envirenment for everyone.
2.2: As Chief of Police, I will commit to making the city safer and more pleasurable for everyone, including stopping gang activity and arresting anybody who violates the law in order to protect and defend the state's laws and constitution.
2.3: I have outstanding interaction and guidance skills, I can solve problems efficiently and handle large tasks and duties with ease, and I have plans to strengthen the structure of legal organisations and tighten the bond between them; once again, I will work in close coordination with All State ORGS, and we will all play an important role in preserving the city's integrity.
3: list three suggestions/steps you will take to imrprove the roleplay of the Organization during your term
3.1: Within the first week of my leadership, I will have more than ten active members. We will all work hard and be dedicated to making the city a safer and more enjoyable place for both new and existing players. Our members will put forth tireless efforts to ensure that all crime is stopped promptly and effectively. I will have over twenty members who are dedicated to helping the state develop into a safe and well-run community.
3.2: I will have realistic Departments, Standards, Codes, and Ranking systems with realistic goals, as well as a severe disciplinary system with fair and honest penalties for IC rule violations.
3.3: Establish a basic and advanced training course to ensure everyone has knowledge in firearms and simple combat. After completing your basic training, you will be enrolled in the advanced training where you will learn and gain experience in RP-specific situations such as store robberies, home invasions, bank or casino robberies, hostage situations, and so on. This will ensure that every LSPD officer is proficient with their work and capable of keeping civilians safe

4.1: I'll implement a system where you may earn your spot and move up the ranks by working hard and demonstrating unrelenting effort, devotion and ability to manage greater responsibilities.
4.2: Fortnightly Aim Training At the Arena and Trophy Ceremony/Bonuses for the best players

5.1: I'm a very active and dedicated member of Zenith City. After leading the National Guard, I feel like our efforts would be better put to use in a more direct policing role. I believe if we push for a stronger Government and policing structure, These departments will not only serve to improve realism but also allow players to explore new narratives, create richer character arcs, and make important contributions to the RP storyline.
5.2: As an ex-leader of National Guard and ex-deputy of Ballas and Bloods, I have extensive experience and knowledge within legal and criminal RP, i believe i can use this to put a stop to any and all illegal gang activity,
