Specific Rule Violations :
Rule 3.4: Any insult involving a player’s family members is strictly forbidden.
Rule 3.9: All insults in any foreign language are considered OOC insults.
Rule 3.1: All communication must be in English (Players in private may speak until all present players agree.).
Rule 3.2: Targeting a player in an OOC manner is forbidden.
Rule 5.1: Disregarding RP standards (FailRP).
Description of the Incident :
My associate (Dusche Gold) and I were in Mirror Park scouting for houses. Without any current roleplay initiation or valid reason, ID 979 approached us and began targeting us. This player has a history of continuous negative interactions with us, and this incident was a continuation of that harassment.The player began singing songs in Tamil that contained highly abusive words directed at us and specifically insulted our family members. This behavior felt like targeted OOC harassment meant to provoke us rather than any meaningful character conflict.
Regarding the use of FL: My associate and I occasionally spoke in fl in the POV only because there were no other players nearby at that exact moment (Rule 3.1 Exception). However, we have always maintained English for all interactions with the wider community. In contrast, ID 979 used the language specifically to deliver abuse and insults in a public residential area.
The behavior of ID 979 was clearly intended to harass us OOC. The use of family insults (Rule 3.4) and foreign language abuse (Rule 3.9) is a major breach of community standards. I request the appropriate ban be applied as per the server guidelines.
