My name is Lucas Albo I was born in Tirana, Albania. Life was easier back then, I grew up in a very wealthy household. I grew up surrounded by power and connections, but that also came with hardship. We would move every other month. My father ran logistics for moving weapons, drugs, etc. One day, the Albania State Police came. Me and mom quickly fled before we could be caught. Dad wasn't so lucky. I had much hatred to all Police after that. Thanks to one of our great connections, we ended up on a jet to Los Santos, a fresh new start. We got a house in the hills and we even worked hard enough to purchase a 24/7 business. I was never satisfied, but I applied to join LSPD to make my mom happy. When I arrived home to tell her the news, I saw her lifeless body sitting on the couch.

After, the passing of my mother. I seeked revenge against the world, I then realized what I have to become. The law was flawed and powerless against real threats. With my great connections from my father I was in good contact with many illegal organizations. I climbed my way through the rankings of LSPD for being a Strategic thinker. I learned how to quietly do illegal business with gang members and terrorists. I wrote my reports very very carefully and secretly controlled situations behind doors. I abused my power and took what I rightfully deserved my whole life. I became the people my mother wanted me to put a stop to.
