Recruit active, RP-focused members and maintain clear structure and expectations.
Build strong internal gang bonds through meetings and planned activities.
Focus on meaningful interactions and long-term storylines rather than rushed situations.

Planned FZ and turf roleplay with proper buildup.
Organized criminal activities such as shop robberies with clear planning and roles.
