- Gang training days where we practice robberies, and team coordination, etc.
3. What steps will you take to improve roleplay in the organization?
- I’ll make sure every member knows how to roleplay properly
If someone’s new or struggling, I’ll personally help them learn and improve
- structured ranking system so everyone knows their role and strengths
- My focus will be on keeping the Ballas consistently active and engaged
5. Any other ideas or information?
- Currently, I'm concentrating on getting leadership. Once I'm in, I've got lots of creative ideas I'll put into action
6.How many members can you bring to the organization?
- I can recruit 10-20 players in the first week,and more keep coming as we gain momentum.

- I’ve been around the city since the early days and have worked at high levels in leos, so I understand how the law and system works. I’ve also led families,bloods before, so I have full experience in running a gang.
- I really enjoy gang RP things like robberies, turf wars, and planning moves with the team.
- My goal is to make Ballas one of the top organizations in the city. With my experience and the support of solid deputies, there will be no favoritism or corruption everyone will be treated equally.
