But it was less days, for some irl issue I left because I didn't come city for 1 month.

   1. List three reasons why you would like to become an administrator:
      I want to become an admin because as a player of almost 1 years experienced (GRP EN3), I feel that I can contribute more to the community by helping it run smoothly in roleplay. I have enjoyed my RP journey their and learned how the server works from a player’s perspective. Now, I feel ready to take the next step and give back by supporting players, maintaining fairness, and ensuring rules are followed.
   2. Name a strength and a weakness that you possess:
      My strengths are patience, good communication, and problem-solving. Also dedicated and consistent about any work assigned to me, which helps me stay reliable as part of the team.
      I have trust issues over people. I tend to overthink situations, but it helps me make fair and careful decisions. Also I’m still working on improving my multitasking, but I always make sure to complete every task with full attention.
   3. Will you be able to perform the duties of an administrator? Are there any IRL situations now or in the near future that will prevent you from being an administrator?
      Not currently.
   4. Do you speak any languages other than English?
      Hindi, Bengali.

      Nothing just want a chance to bring strong communication, fairness in decision-making, patience in handling conflicts, and the ability to guide and support new players effectively.
