Previous Experience:
I previously served as a Leader on another roleplay project, where I was responsible for guiding players, maintaining order within my faction, ensuring rules were followed, and coordinating with staff to resolve issues and improve roleplay quality.
In addition, I have worked as a Beta Tester for other roleplay servers. In this role, I tested new systems and features, reported bugs and exploits, provided feedback to developers, and helped ensure updates were stable and enjoyable before public release. Through these roles, I gained valuable experience in understanding game mechanics, community needs, and how to support both players and development teams effectively.
Reason for Applying for Community Manager
I am applying for the Community Manager position because I believe my experience, activity level, communication skills, and technical understanding make me well-suited for this role. I have been part of the Zenith community for a long time and strongly believe it has great potential to grow even further with proper engagement and leadership.
As a Community Manager, my main priority would be to act as a bridge between the players and the development team. I would actively listen to community feedback, suggestions, and bug reports, organize them clearly, and deliver them directly to the developers so nothing valuable is overlooked.
Alongside community management, I come from a coding background, which allows me to better understand development challenges. This enables me to provide clearer bug reports, suggest practical improvements, and assist developers when needed—whether by testing features, identifying issues, or helping refine systems before release.
I plan to regularly host in-game events and activities to keep the community active and excited. These would include roleplay events, races, seasonal activities, and interactive competitions with rewards. I would also organize Discord giveaways, such as Zenith Coin rewards, to encourage community engagement and participation.
Being visible and approachable within the community is extremely important to me. I would remain active in both voice and text channels, engaging with players, answering questions, and collecting feedback about their experience on the server. I would also ensure the community stays informed about upcoming updates, features, and changes, helping to build hype and encouraging players to invite their friends to experience new content together.
Maintaining a positive and respectful environment is something I strongly value. Even when a suggestion cannot be approved, I would always explain the reasoning clearly and respectfully so players understand the decision rather than feeling ignored. Transparency and communication are key to building trust.
I would also regularly ask the community what they would like to see in future updates—such as vehicles, clothing, battle passes, or events—and forward those ideas to the development team. If a suggestion is approved, I would make sure the community is informed so players feel appreciated and involved in the server’s growth.
In addition, I have many creative event ideas, including art competitions, themed races, holiday events, and special celebrations like concerts for Zenith’s anniversary. These activities would not only reward players but also strengthen community bonds and make Zenith more fun and memorable.
I am confident that with teamwork, positivity, technical understanding, and smart decisions, we can continue improving Zenith and making it an even better experience for everyone.
