The decision was taken wrong by Corby, we got punish for this… but this doesn’t make sense in the situation. 1.7 Damaging vehicles is forbidden if criminals demand free passage. | Verbal, up to warn.
Exception: Fleeing vehicles can be shot after the hostage is safe. This rule is for Leo’s, that they can not damage our car, It’s Leo’s responsibility to make the hostage safe not us. We are punished wrongly I respectfully asked to re consider the decision.

The administrator decision is correct.
ER 1.7 clearly states in the exception that cars can only be shot after the hostage is safe. As you can see in POV , the hostages are still inside the situation or fight area, so they are not safe yet.​
