I have previously held as Deputy and Leadership position on another roleplay server for an extended period. In this role, I was responsible for supervising faction members, enforcing server rules, maintaining discipline and organizational structure, resolving internal matters, and working closely with staff to ensure a fair, engaging, and immersive roleplay environment. Currently, I serve as a Deputy within the Government faction on Zenith Roleplay, where I continue to apply these skills and contribute to effective roleplay management in participating in all the maximum events.
In addition to leadership duties, I have also gained experience as a Beta Tester in several roleplay servers. My responsibilities included evaluating newly implemented systems and features, detecting bugs and possible exploits, and documenting issues clearly for the development team. I also shared feedback and my gameplay ideas with the team to bring out more effectively and positive gameplays, detecting bugs and adding on event ideas at improving performance, balance, and overall stability prior to public releases. Through these roles, I developed a strong understanding of server functionality, player conduct, and proper rule application.
1. My main goal in applying is to help foster a positive, well-balanced, and respectful roleplay environment.
2. I enjoy supporting players, handling concerns in a professional manner, and ensuring disputes are managed calmly, fairly, and without favoritism.
3. I am confident that my experience, consistency, and familiarity with server operations allow me to make a meaningful contribution to both the staff team and the server’s long-term development.

Weaknesses:
I occasionally take additional time to thoroughly review situations to ensure decisions are fair. However, I am actively improving my decisiveness while maintaining accuracy and judgment.
