List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organisation:
2.1: I strongly prefer legal roleplay, and after previously leading the San Andreas National Guard, I want to use my experience to provide structured and enjoyable RP for everyone. I aim to ensure that all members understand the rules and feel supported. I will work closely with SANG, Government, EMS, SAHP, and FIB to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all players.
2.2
As Chief of Police, I will be fully committed to making the city safer and more enjoyable for civilians. This includes actively dealing with gang activity, enforcing the law fairly, and protecting the state’s laws and constitution through professional policing and realistic roleplay.
2.3
I have strong communication and leadership skills and can handle responsibilities efficiently. I plan to improve the structure of legal organisations and strengthen cooperation between them. By working closely with all state organisations, we can ensure everyone plays an important role in maintaining the city’s order and integrity.
List three suggestions or steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organisation during your term:
3.1
During my first week, I aim to recruit and maintain more than ten active members who are dedicated to policing and roleplay. Over time, I will work towards growing the department to over twenty committed officers who consistently patrol and respond to crime to keep the city safe.
3.2
I will introduce clear departments, standard operating procedures, realistic ranking systems, and codes of conduct. A firm but fair disciplinary system will be in place to ensure professionalism and accountability for any IC rule violations.
3.3
I will implement both basic and advanced training programs. Basic training will cover essential knowledge such as procedures and firearm handling. Advanced training will focus on roleplay-based situations such as store robberies, house robberies, bank and casino robberies, hostage situations, and other high-risk scenarios to ensure officers are confident and capable.

A clear promotion system where officers earn there rank and position through there activity and knowledge not on there influance.

Fortnightly aim training events at arena for both fun and improvement

I am an active and dedicated member of Zenith City. After leading the National Guard, I believe my experience can now be used more effectively in a more hands-on policing role. Strengthening the government and police structure will help improve realism and give players more opportunities to develop their characters and take part in meaningful roleplay.
5.2
I have previously been the deputy of the National Guard, Los Santos Police Department and deputy within both the Ballas and Bloods. This has given me experience in both legal and criminal roleplay. Because of this, I have a good understanding of how gangs operate, which helps me deal with illegal activity in a fair and realistic way, im aswell plaing zenith from when it was in BETA so i have experience about systems and how the things work.
