Lucas Albo, was once a young boy in Albania who loved the world. He believed everything was sunshine and rainbows. He thought life was just pure and innocent. Until the tragedy happened, somebody finally told him no. He grew up in a rich household and followed all the laws and loved the government. He always got what he asked for and wasn’t used to being told no. He had a panic attack and freaked out. He reached for the kitchen knife and killed both his parents. The police came, and Lucas was forced to go to a mental hospital, or so he thought it was. They took him to this underground base. He looked around and saw cages with other human lives in them. He panicked and was so afraid. They tied him to a chair, and then he realized. They did multiple lab experiments on him. They tried to make “The Perfect Soldier.” Everyday they would make him go to the target ranges and would not get food if he hit the targets perfectly. Eventually, after years of training, they sent him out as a hitman. He would kill people and would be rewarded. He would never miss a shot, because if he did he would be tortured. One day, Lucas had enough when he was given his revolver to practice at the training targets, he started getting revenge. He killed soldier by soldier, until he could find his way out. He left Albania and quickly caught a flight to America through connections. He arrived in America with a new start in Los Santos.

He arrived in Los Santos, but he was poor. He spent weeks begging for money until a nice man offered him a job. he took him in and trained him. He knew what kind of skills Lucas had. After passing the academy, he quickly joined the LSPD. He started to learn how to arrest and always beat any criminals in his path. He eventually moved up in the ranks to Human Resources. He controlled people’s logs and eventually found a flaw. He was supposed to make sure everyone did their job and didn’t do anything illegal, until he saw a man free a prisoner for money. He tortured him for minutes. Lucas remembered how he was tortured and realized how unfair it was that everyone else could just live in freedom. He deleted that man's log from history and decided to join him. He would protect both of them with abusive power. He would make sure it was nearly impossible for them to get caught. He got his revenge and would torture those who deserved it more than he did.
