2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:

• 2.1 I Want to be the leader of Ballas Gangbecause I have been in gangs mostly my whole time and staying active and actively practicing and getting better in it. I think i can use that practice and implement it in my term to make it better and more active. Targeting to paint and hold all The graffities and painting the whole ghetto in purple. And once again staying against favoritism and eliminating every favoritism in the my way.
  
  2.2 Another reason is that im very passionate about being in gangs and i think its my forte to be in. Activity is also my another target which i want to solve quickly and more efficiently and still having more quality then other people and compete them in ghetto and events like store FZ subs etc. Dominating Gunfights causing a mass destruction to the city and let the city feel our wraith which is coming directly towards them.
  
  2.3 Under my lead i want the Leos and citizen to know who's the real deal in here. tourists will be afraid to take a step into our territory. The fear will raise quickly and leave a mark of my gang in their hearts and will carry the legacy to the upcoming citizens. Everyone will admire the destruction that my gang delt everyone will desire to join us just to save their life from us. Governor is afraid but the truth has been told who actually run this city .

3. List three steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:

• 3.1 I wont allow any type of favoritism in my term. Everyone will get what they deserve and base on their experience. Experience is most important element with proper rank proofs to appoint a perfect rank. Appointing deputies that have proper experience and will also enforce the same
  
  3.2 Doing Stores and FZ raids with enough members to give leos and crime side RP situations to respond to and interact with them with proper and serious Roleplay
  
  3.3 Conflicts are just misunderstandings - Solving my internal conflicts without creating any chaos and listening to everyone before taking a fair and good enough decision.

• - Paint the ghetto with gang color (max Graffiti)
  - Dominate Ghetto
  - Complete the term with minimum or no rule breaks whatsoever

5. List any other information or ideas you may have:

• ReguIar Promotion : Workers will be promoted according to their work ethic and credibility, not because of connections or the manner in which they speak to the Ieader or any HC. This will promote hard work and break up favoritism.
