  2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization

    1. Favoritism has been a significant problem for me, particularly within SANG.There is no respect for the lower-ranked officers and High Command is abusing their power. Sometimes people get promoted just because of personal connections or fake proofs, while we have plenty of hard-working officers who get passed over for people who don't deserve the rank.
    Favoritism causes so many problems, like making officers less motivated and causing the low ranks to be totally ignored or looked down on. As General, I want to fix this so things stay fair. I want to make sure ranks are only given to the most hardworking officers, Soldiers and that the low ranks and high command always respect each other. This is going to improve our teamwork and the respect we have within the departments.


    2. Under my leadership, professionalism will be our top priority. Being part of the National Guard is an opportunity that comes with responsibility, and I do expect everyone to represent us well. Every member should continue to show their value to the team so we can keep moving forward together. Ranks won’t be given out based on past exp or how long someone has been around instead, they will be earned through hard work, activity


    3. I’m focused on keeping NG organized and fair, And no favouritism is going to happen its really important for me that NO favouritism is happing in my term as a Leader of NG . When we handle stuff we will do aswell really professionally, we stay reliable for the other Organisationz, ensuring every Unit feels heard and Motivated to the work and to show the max activity, By providing strong, leadership and a fair work that everyone will get there chance to proof them self we dont look down on under rank units everyone is getting treated the same.

    Improving the PR Team: It is vital that the army presents itself well to the public. A strong PR team will encourage citizens to join us in the fight against gangs. that realy important for me and its my frist todo

    Support for Other Organization I want to ensure we are helping other organisationz efficiently by providing top quality ammunition and fast responses to improve the overall experience for everyone involved. that is aswell really important for me and will be fixed in my leadership

    High Quality Training Program: I will personly compile a highly trained human resources department team to offer the best training for all Soldiers and fully equip them for any type of situation.

    in the last time feels like people have gotten used to being disrespectful toward SANG lately thats really annoying me, and it's become a real issue. I want to change that. We’re going to make sure our officers are actually respected.

    I will appoint a good Human Resources/MP team. I believe that to run a term, a good HR team is needed to see that everything internally going good. Human
    Resources will do daily Background checks of our employees to see that everything is functioning well.

    1. Tactical Simulation Exercises Organize realistic mission simulations—like rescue operations, strategic defenses, or covert ops—to train teamwork and quick thinking under pressure.
    2. Army Challenges & Competitions
    Hold skill-based competitions such as obstacle courses, marksmanship contests, or strategy games to boost morale, camaraderie, and friendly rivalry.

    Human Resources and training


    HRT[Human Resources and training] their job is the most important one of the whole organization their job is to train and hire the citizen and them regarding to the rules of the organization. with a interviews they will find new officers



    Military Police:

    MP will take care of the officer's BGC and licenses and will solve any kind of dispute within as well as with the other organizations on behalf of NG



    Black op's

    They will be specialised to Global situations like (FZ,Gun store,27/7 stores)



    PR:

    PR [Public Relations] is a special team which organizes for fun or engaging events for the citizens of Los Santos, Their main goal is to interact with the community in creative ways and build a good image of SANG , and be as well always there for the citizen for fun events

    [Internal Affairs] as well one of the most important department their job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to keep their eyes everywhere if they see something wrong they will investigate it and caught them
