while on duty i got dispatch to a call when coming to call player 1071 said he got in a car crash and can we help him after that my partner start getting snipe and shot I try running but hit caps and would not let me run then I start getting shot. there was not one demand given not one time. when the rule break happen I drop my rev and went to pick it back up but one of the gang player 1071 or 786 picked it up and refused to give it back after asking for it back. you can see in clip both players shooting with out demands not just one.
