Life Story:
Sadman was born in Bangladesh. He spent some of his childhood in Bangladesh. But in his childhood his father, a magistrate was threatened by the rural tribes of Bangladesh during a negotiation. To protect his father and his family, the Government of Bangladesh transferred his father to USA. As a result, Sadman was raised in America as an American citizen. They were living well but an unfortunate event occurred when some racist and corrupt LSPD officers arrested him as he looked like an Indian. This racist act raised a fire in Sadman's heart and he wanted revenge. However, he was released soon with the help of his father. But this did not finish his thrust for revenge. Soon after his graduation from Police Academy started his career as a Leo.
Career Story:
Sadman started his career in the LSPD and he tried to find the corrupt LSPD officer who had arrested him before, but he failed. Sadman was doing well in LSPD until some corrupt FIB arrested him again saying he was a fake as he looked Indian. This raised the fire of revenge in his heart more. So, after working hard for years he finally got himself into a high-ranking position and brutally took revenge on the police men. This made him calm from inside but another fire rose when he figured out that those police men were the same who arrested him previously. But at that time he was going through a crisis and the police men took advantage of that and offered him a large sum of money in return for their lives. Seeing the large sum of money, his innerself was not able to refuse it and took it in return of their life.
This is what started his corruption carrier. Realizing how easy it is to earn money through corruption, he regretted not being a corrupt officer from start. He soon started taking bribes for various reasons. The money that he earned from corruption not only helped him build a stable life, but also helped him make his dream come true which was only women, cars and properties.
Outcomes:
1. Sadman can take bribes up to $75,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe.
2. Sadman can break IC law. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Sadman can deny and lie to any citizen of Los Santos for his or their advantage.
4. Sadman can act like a criminal. For example, go to the ghetto, abduct, torture, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
5. Sadman can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
