2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
• Because I can possibly bring in new people to the city.
• I have the necessary skills to lead a gang in city.
• I am trying to make it more fun in city, whereby it's more than 1 gang that's active.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the Organization during your term:
• I will recommend all new members to educate themselves on basic server rules, faction rules and event rules.
• I will round up different ideas from the members on events that could be suggested for the city to better the gang experience.
• I will make bloods the most impactful gang in city through activity and high quality members.

• Daily Battle Royale with gang related rewards.
