- Which leadership position are you applying for?
I'm applying for Leader of Ballas - List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
- I didn't have mush experience in illegal org, but i have mush experience in legal orgs. So that knowledge and experience I want to try the ballas and make it top.
- I want to make the ballas to be back again as like the previous leaders hold it as top.
- This is my first time as to be a org leader, but i am confident that i can lead a strong and organized org.
- List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
- I will create a group of people who can train new members with rules knowledge and discipline on store robbery, hostage, House robbery, FZ raid, and Ruling ghetto. So the org will come to top in no time without any flaws by new players.
- I will try to interact with other gangs to do some events with each other so both of the gangs can have a good chance on dominating the city and destroy the leos.
- I will ensure that my gang members will adherence to the rules and RP situations.
- List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
- Illegal area takeover. My idea is that taking control of some places or zones by a fight between the gang, once a team captured it those areas will be used as a place for illegal stuffs like illegal market or drug dealing. So the part of profit will goes for gang and remaining will goes for the players who sells or trades the things in the area.
- gang loyalty event. we can hire new members by giving them some illegal task to complete to prove their loyalty to the org. this creates a good rp scenario to join the gang.
- List any other information/ideas you may have
- I want to build a loyal and brotherhood gang who dominates the whole city. the members in the gang will not only for money but also for loyal connections between each other and makes the gang on top.
- How many members can you bring to the organization?
- I can try my best to bring more active people into this city, but for now i can handle with 5-8 active people with me.
