Leader of San Andreas National Guard (SANG)
2.1 Experience in the Organization
I have served in SANG for multiple terms and reached the rank of Lieutenant General during three different leadership periods. During this time I gained a lot of experience in how the organization works, what challenges we face, and where improvements can be made. Because of this experience, I believe I understand both the strengths and weaknesses of SANG.
2.2 Improving the Organization
My goal is to make SANG a more structured and disciplined organization. I want to focus on better coordination, stronger leadership within the High Command, and improving the overall roleplay quality of the military.
2.3 Dedication to SANG
SANG has always been my favorite organization. It is the main reason I joined the city and the organization I enjoy serving the most. Because of this, I want to contribute my time and effort to help the organization grow and operate more effectively.
Previously, SANG did not have structured strategic or test scenarios for training. To improve preparedness and coordination, I plan to introduce scenario-based training exercises.
First, these scenarios will be planned and discussed with members on paper. We will analyze the structure and layout of different cities and locations to understand possible situations that may occur.
Based on this analysis, we will identify high-risk areas and robbery hotspots. After planning the scenarios, we will conduct live drills and training exercises in those locations to prepare soldiers for real situations. This will help improve reaction time, teamwork, and tactical awareness.
I want to ensure that High Command ranks are meaningful and well deserved. Each High Command member should clearly understand their responsibilities and role in the organization.
If time allows, I plan to personally work with my High Command team to help train and guide them so they can perform their duties properly and support the organization effectively.
Another improvement I want to implement is a clearer rank structure and responsibility system within SANG. Each rank should have defined duties so that members know exactly what is expected from them.
I would also like to introduce a formal charter for the organization, outlining responsibilities, leadership structure, and operational guidelines. This will help maintain discipline and consistency within the organization.
To encourage soldiers to actively participate in base security duties, I would like to introduce a bonus or incentive system for gate duty. This will motivate members to perform their responsibilities more actively while maintaining security at the base.
With the permission of the government, I would like to organize live military drills within the city. These exercises will simulate real emergency situations and allow members to practice coordination, communication, and response strategies.
These drills would be organized using organization resources and would help improve overall military roleplay.
I have previous leadership experience in the city as both an ex-Lieutenant General in SANG and ex-Deputy Chief of Police (DCP). These experiences helped me understand how government organizations operate and how coordination between different departments works.
Because of this experience, I believe I have a good understanding of where improvements can be made, and I will do my best to ensure the organization runs efficiently and professionally.
