1.Which leadership position are you applying for?
Los Santos Police Department
2.List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
2.1. overall my first reason is to protect the city and make peace in the city as chief of police my work to protect the city protect the rights of the citizens so my main motive to do that
2.2. as about I am join Lspd as trainer rank that I just learn how LSPD work I work with them and now I am the ACP assistant chief of police so I realise now I am perfectly ready to become the chief of police and make this city peaceful.
2.3. AS I CAN SEE CITY IS NOT GETTING THAT MUCH OF UNIT FROM LEO'S SO MY motive to make lspd that much active and that much trend so they can safe citizens from the criminals
3.List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
3.1. as I will try to do as much as activity I can do I can bring new peoples train them teach them about the law and we will conduct training also and lot of new things we are going to bring
3.2. I will try to manage peoples are following their low and we will do checkpoints were calls on the highways and we will make sure everyone following the legislation and I will give my high commands good bonus is trainings and everyone get good bonus so they will active
3.3. every week we will do promotion ceremony training of my leos and I will conduct some trainings for citizens also for their safetys they will teach them about their safety we will try to tell them about how lspd work so they will also try to join us and lot of things.
4.List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
4.1. I will try to do most GP from my side that I much can do as if there is any activity from criminal sides so we will go and save citizens and the City
4.2. I can do some IC events also for citizens so they can include and come and enjoy like car so racing and other things
5.List any other information/ideas you may have
5.1. I am good in lspd I am not a corrupt officer as I know the law my motive to tell everyone about the law.
5.2 . We can update Police Department as per new update
6.How many members can you bring to the organization?
6.1. I can't say exact number depend on the situations when I get the leadership but yeah I will try my best to take lot of peoples from my side
but i will take old lspd members by convecing them
