- I want to strengthen professionalism, discipline, and operational efficiency within LSPD to ensure high-quality law enforcement roleplay and realistic policing standards.

- Implement structured police training programs (academy system) and regular evaluations to ensure all officers understand procedures, radio communication, and law enforcement protocols.

- Increase cooperation with other government factions (FIB, EMS, NG ) to create realistic joint operations and enhance overall server roleplay.
