How much time can you be online per day? I am able to meet the 2 hour requirement, and do more on somedays. As for other days it ranges sometimes, and I would only be able to do the 2 hours, but i can definately fly into city if my assisstance is needed anytime. i am usually in city after 9pm to 12am my time but lately it has been during the day around 12pm since i have free time.

- Leader of EMS
2. List 3 reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
- I actually enjoy the role, and being able to be someone others can rely on.
- I want to step up and help new team members who join in learning the ropes of everything, and having fun in the process. I want to make it easy for everyone.
- I enjoy working with others, and I want to build a team where people feel comfortable with asking questions and improving.
3. List 3 suggestions/ steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization:
- I would try to set up training days for new team members so they are not just getting told what to do without understanding it.If they have questions or do not understand something, during the training day they can ask and questions will be answered, or get a demonstration of things they are not understanding.
-I would try to get EMS more active, organized, and make sure calls are not getting ignored.
-I would also make sure people are having fun and enjoying everything within the job.
4. List at least 2 ideas for events/ activities that you will create/ organize to improve your organization:
- I would definately do the training days as I struggled with trying to figure things out on my own. I do not want new team members to go through what I have gone through with trying to learn everything by myself.
- I would set up weekly check ins or small meetings so everyone can stay on the same page, or hear any concerns/ questions they have.
- I would plan scenarios or practice calls so people can get more comfortable handling different situations and work on their communications.
5. list any other information/ ideas you have:
- I can not think of any that comes to mind right now but im sure i will have plently more to come. I really enjoy my time in the city and my EMS job. I feel i can make a big difference in the organization. I feel the organization just needs more structure as well.
6. How many members can you bring can you bring to the organization?
- I have recently convinced someone to join EMS in which she did, and i am positive I can bring in many more recruits that would enjoy it just as much as I do.
