Which leadership position are you applying for?

I'm applying for the leadership of Weazel News

List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:


1. I understand very well the functionalities and lore of Weazel News. I also want to get the understanding I have into Weazel News to create a structured environment to make it friendly and simple for members that has a clear path inside the Weazel News to progress.

2. Me personally believe that as a leader you need commitment, quality rp and hard work along with a set goal to move away from a winner mentality and focus instead on creating a long term storyline that benefits not only me and weazel news but something that benefits the whole server.

3. I like to look at myself as someone who is able to handle not only in character conflict resolution but also someone that can handle it Out of Character as well. I want to ensure the smoothness of the organization and make it highly organized to the best of my ability. This will also follow all server rules strictly and avoid the toxicity.

List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1. Instead of being there to hire everyone you see into the organization, I will instead take a stage induction process that has a rule test and an IC interview to ensure not only quality being high but with role players who represent us.

2. Something I always wanted to do is for example have Passive RP focus within this organization, not interactions that involve shooting or chasing. It includes more things that has internal meetings, training sessions on how to edit the ads in left eye properly, and community outreach events.

3. I will utilize detailed documentation both on discord and specialized logs to track promotions, disciplinary actions, and mission reports to keep everyone accountable and the RP consistent.

List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization:
I do believe that activites that will create or organize the improvement of the organization to lead by example and that means not finding me breaking any sorts of rules or taking shortcuts, I want to build a proper organization that admins can point to as a gold standard for the server. I'm also open for any constructive criticism from other members of the organization to ensure the environment remains fun for everyone.

How many members can you bring to the organization?

I will try to bring as many people as possible to the organization by having for example open recruitment which is something I also talked about above.
