2.List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
1.I want to lead the Bloods gang to the top by maintaining strong teamwork, discipline, and active participation in all server activities. I believe I have the leadership skills to organize members and keep the gang powerful and respected in the city.
2.I enjoy creating engaging and realistic roleplay. As a leader, I will ensure high-quality RP scenarios, fair play, and proper communication within the gang, making the experience enjoyable for both members and other players.
3.I am dedicated and active, and I want to build a loyal and well-structured family where members feel valued. I will focus on recruiting skilled players, helping new members grow, and maintaining a positive and competitive environment
3.List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1.I will introduce structured and realistic roleplay scenarios such as gang meetings, territory conflicts, and planned operations. This will make the organization more active and improve overall RP quality.
2.I will implement proper rules, discipline, and training sessions for members to ensure everyone follows server guidelines and maintains high-standard roleplay. New members will be guided so they can adapt quickly.
3.I will focus on communication and teamwork by using regular briefings and coordination during events. This will help avoid confusion, improve performance in situations, and create a strong and united gang environment.
4.List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
1.I will organize regular gang wars and territory control events with proper planning and roleplay, where members can participate in strategic fights and teamwork-based scenarios to keep the gang active and competitive.
2.I will host training and recruitment events, including tryouts for new members and skill-based challenges (shooting, driving, coordination), to improve member performance and bring in dedicated players.
3.I will also arrange internal activities like meetings, convoy rides, and RP-based missions (drug deals, business control, etc.) to strengthen bonding and create more engaging and realistic roleplay experiences.
5.List any other information/ideas you may have
I am a highly active and dedicated player who is committed to maintaining fair and high-quality roleplay at all times. As a leader, I will ensure that the organization follows all server rules and avoids any kind of toxicity or rule-breaking.
I also plan to build a strong command team with trusted and experienced members to help manage the gang efficiently. Proper roles and responsibilities will be assigned so everything runs smoothly even in my absence.
