1. I really care about what this organization's all about and I think my own goals and values match up with theirs. If I became a leader I could help out more get things moving and make sure the organization keeps doing things.
2. I am good at managing people solving problems and keeping everything running. My goal is to build a team where everyone has a job to do and helps the organization succeed.
3. I love making things feel real and exciting for everyone. As a leader I would make sure we keep things serious and fun help people develop their characters and make sure all our activities are interesting and enjoyable, like a story that everyone is a part of.
3.List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1.I will implement a well-defined hierarchy and clear expectations for all members to ensure consistency in roleplay. This includes setting guidelines for behavior, communication, and operations so that every interaction feels realistic and professional.
2.I will focus on mentoring members, especially newer ones, to improve their roleplay skills. This includes guiding them on character development, realistic reactions, and proper RP etiquette to ensure everyone contributes to a high-quality experience.
3.I will design calculated, story-driven operations—heists, negotiations, territory control, and rival conflicts—that feel intelligent and realistic. Every move will have purpose, planning, and consequences, making our organization known for precision rather than chaos.

1.I will plan and execute structured activities such as coordinated heists, transport operations, and other large-scale scenarios. Each event will be designed with clear roles, preparation, and realistic outcomes to ensure immersive and high-quality roleplay for everyone involved.
2.I will implement regular training sessions and establish clear performance expectations to improve roleplay quality, communication, and teamwork. By maintaining high standards and providing constructive guidance, I aim to build a disciplined, consistent, and highly capable organization.

1.I believe consistency, communication, and respect for roleplay standards are key to maintaining a successful organization. I will ensure that all members remain active, engaged, and aligned with the organization’s goals while also contributing positively to the overall server environment.
I want to make sure everyone knows what is going on inside the organization. So I plan to set up a way for people to talk to each other. This way we can keep everything organized and running smoothly.
I think it is really important that we all work together even when we are doing tasks or big projects. I will make sure we are all on the page.
I also want to be a leader. This means I will be fair and professional when I make decisions. I will help solve problems that come up support the members of the organization and make sure we are all following the rules of the server. At the time I want to make sure we are providing a really good roleplay experience.
My main goal is to build an organization that's well organized, active and respected. I want us to be successful. I also want to make the roleplay experience better for everyone, in the community.
