During a VIP event, I went there and killed two people. Then I fired at a car’s wheel, causing it to explode, but they did not stop the car. I then went to another location where they were repairing the car, and I fired at the wheel again, causing another explosion. Still, they took the car and left the location. After that, I went to another place near Sandy Shores and fired at the car’s wheel once more, making it explode, but they still did not stop the car. I am requesting all officers’ POV from that event.
