1.I want to lead this organization because I enjoy helping people grow, stay active, and work together as a strong team. A good leader should bring members together and create a positive environment.
2.I would like to improve the organization by keeping things organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. I believe strong leadership can make the group more respected and successful.
3.I also want to be the leader because I am responsible, active, and ready to handle challenges. I can make decisions under pressure and always work for the best interests of the organization and its members.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1.I will organize regular roleplay events and activities so members can stay active, interact more, and enjoy realistic roleplay experiences together.
2.I will create clear rules and leadership structure to maintain discipline, fairness, and better communication within the organization.
3.I will encourage member involvement by listening to suggestions, rewarding active players, and creating new opportunities for everyone to participate in the organization’s growth.

1.Territory Control Events – Organized battles or competitions where members work together to defend or capture areas, improving teamwork, strategy, and activity levels.
2.Training & Recruitment Days – Special sessions focused on improving members’ roleplay skills, teamwork, and bringing in new active members to strengthen the organization

I will bring fresh ideas, creative roleplay scenarios, and consistent leadership to keep the organization strong and enjoyable for all members.
My goal is not only to lead but also to leave a positive legacy by making the organization more active, united, and respected.
