2.List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization

  • When it comes to bonuses, turf, spraying, events, and every part of banditry, I dont just want to be good, I want to be the best.
  • I want to have a term that no one can forget my name. As far as I remember, Families was the first gang I joined, and I want to make my first leadership term with it.
  • I want to take as many responsibilities as possible as a leader so I can improve my skills even more.

3.List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
  • My advice for improving roleplay in the organization is to keep the gang active, fair and out of toxicity. We should show ourselves in events, ghetto activity, and sprays.
  • At the same time, ranks should be given fairly based on loyalty, activity, and performance, not favoritism. Me and my Trusted highcommands will check all activities and will give good bonuses and deserved ranks.
  • I also want to keep the organization away from unnecessary drama and toxicity, because they damage both the gang atmosphere and Rp.

4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization.
  • I believe I’m ready to take on full responsibility as a leader. I understand what it takes to keep a gang active, organized, and engaged. I’m prepared to put in consistent effort to support members, encourage teamwork, and help the gang grow.
  • I’ll focus on recruiting solid, dedicated members while making sure everyone feels included and supported. I’m ready to prove to the curators that I can handle this role and lead effectively.
5.List any other information/ideas you may have
  • I want to keep the group going strong, so Ill organize events now and then to get everyone involved. Communication is key too, I think staying in touch with members will make a difference.
