Application Information
1. My aim: Ballas holds a pride of being strongest and hardest organization. In real life they take only perfect men's and only train them to make more perfect and i am going to do the same, will take best people who dare to lift any hard challenge
2. My mindset: My mind is going to be game changer here. i am going to bring some really good roleplay moments. specially i will introduce some real-life logic and will have some fantastic time with everyone.
3. Making a friendly environment: as we know its going to a completely new role play project so i want people to enjoy instead of feeling like they are doing real life job as they do in real life.
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1. Putting some real life logic: As in real life Gang members get some tattoo according to their work, i am going to introduce with that and also as we will be trained thugs
2. Zero corruption: corruption make the life miserable and also make the work hard to do. people loss their valuable money for a corrupt gang leader and also gang members dont get their deserving promotion for this reason. i am going to stop this at any cost.
3. weekly Meetings with all Members : We will try to arrange weekly meetings regarding city and their crimes , so we can discuss our problem and solve it with everyone.
List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization.
1. We will make a event type scniore where we will count kills in a store robbery or similar type things, most dangerous killer will get money from leader.
2. We can have some scripted events like kidnaping governor from his speech or make some raid on LSPD or FIB HQ
List any other information/ideas you may have ?
Lets see , for now i think we can have alience with other gangs and do some crime together
How many members can you bring to the organization?
I will try my best to bring 50+ members in the gang.
