2. • I am willing to put in the time to get the gang to where it has to be, making it one of the best, if not the best in the city.
• I have good communication skills, and I am good with people, meaning, there will be no discrimination of any kind. Regardless of race, gender, nationality.
• I will be able to teach a lot of people including the ones that are new to this type of RP, ensuring everyone in the gang is well informed on what they should, and should not do
3. • I think every leader should take some time to interact with the members, building a relationship with each and every one of them, so they do not ever feel like, it's impossible to communicate with the leader, everyone must be treated equally regardless of ranks.
• In the beginning days, The leaders and deputies will be teaching the members RP terms and Proper RP methods, just to ensure that no gang members is clueless on what is expected from them.It is important that every leader is able to teach their members and get the familiar with the RP process of gang members
• At least twice a week, there will be a ridealong with the gang, in the gang cars, around the city, to showcase the unity and consistency of the gang, I feel small things like this matter, in keeping the gang connection strong and consistent.
4. • Free For All shooting for members at a designated and appropriate area, so we can help the members be better shooters. Gonna do some cash/gun giveaways and acknowledgement to the top 3 shooters every week
• Racing event with gang members at a designated area, where winners win cash prizes.
5. • Every week. We are gonna test our gang members on the RP process of different scenarios, from robbers, kidnapping, or any other gang activities, that way we ensure that everybody plays their role accordingly in the different scenarios
6. • Realistically speaking, I aim to bring at least 20 active members into the org
