2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1:

I’ve always had a deep passion for building something meaningful in the city—an organization where fairness and hard work actually matter. One of the biggest issues I’ve seen inside state orgs is favoritism. Many new players, despite being active and skilled, don’t get the promotions they deserve. Eventually, they lose motivation and leave, and the org starts dying in the middle of the term due to lack of active officers.

2.2:
If I become the leader, I’ll change that system. I’ll build a team of active, experienced officers who value structure and effort. Promotions will be based strictly on performance—not friendships. To keep everyone motivated, I’ll also introduce a bonus system based on work, dedication, and contribution to the org. My goal is to create an environment where people grow, stay active.

I’ve always believed that a strong organization is built by its people. Over time, I’ve built great connections with experienced individuals who are just as passionate as I am. I have a trusted circle of officers and friends who are ready to step up as department heads and deputies. With the right team, I aim to ensure LSPD is active, disciplined, and always ready to respond when the state needs us.

  • Introduce a realistic and structured rank and department system.
  • Conduct regular training and briefings for both new and experienced members.
  • Enforce professional radio and behavior protocols.
  • Only promote those with actual experience and dedication.
  • Implement an unbiased and active disciplinary system.
  • Promote team-based operations, patrols, and events to boost interaction and RP.
