    Before making a complaint with the Project Supervisor prefix, please read these rules:
    1. Only submit a complaint if you have already contacted high-level admins and they were unable to help you.
    2. Complaints to the Project Supervisor are ONLY for management-level issues. You cannot appeal warnings or temporary bans of 7 days or less — only permanent or long-term bans may be appealed.

Rules of Complaints Against Administrators
  • The thread should be created to match the rules of filing a Complaint Against Administrators
  • The thread should clearly identify the following information:
    • The name of the Administrator who issued the punishment
    • What the punishment was issued for
    • The type of punishment (Mute, Jail, Warning, Ban)
  • The Project Supervisor should only be tagged to review a complaint about the Chief Administrator and Management or if the Chief Administrator is unable to resolve the initial issue.


Examples of Thread Titles:

Jail for CR | Arjan Vailly

Ban for General Rules 1.3 | Colonel Lord

Mute for FL in GZ | Rick Grimes

It is forbidden to:
  • Spam complaints/Spam messages in thread.
  • Insult any members of the community (other players, administrators, or other staff)
  • Upload Evidences to unapproved sources (images should be uploaded to imgur.com / videos should be uploaded to youtube.com)
  • DM any member of staff regarding your complaint. All complaints are handled through forums.
  • Post in threads you are not involved in the situation.

The reviewing administrator may refuse to consider your complaint if:

  • The violation occurred over 72 hours ago (exceptions may be made to this at the Chief Administrator’s discretion)
  • Evidence appears cropped or edited
  • Evidence has been uploaded to unapproved sources or is otherwise unreadable (low quality, private videos, video is age restricted)
  • Evidence is not available for review
  • Complaint is filed by a party unrelated to the situation
