1.1 By creating an account, the user is agreeing with the Terms of Service, Conditions, and Privacy Policy of “Zenith RP”.
1.2 All payments and purchases are non-refundable. “Zenith RP” and its administration don’t hold responsibility for user accounts in the event of account theft, usage of unauthorized software or hardware, or breach of Terms of Service or Conditions by the user.
1.3 In cases of breach of Terms of Service or Conditions by the user, including the official Server Rules, “Zenith RP” and its administration reserve the right to make changes to, delete, or block user accounts.
1.4 The administration reserves the right to prescribe penalties for rule violations different from the ones described in the Server Rules depending on the severity of the violation. The administration may also issue a penalty to the player if they cause a disruption even if there is no rule to account for the particular event.
1.5 The administration may use a case-by-case approach Regarding any decisions that are not covered by existing rules with the permission of the Chief Admin and Management.
1.6 Each player may only create 1 account. Creating more than 1 account is forbidden. Each account is allowed to have up to 3 Characters. Having more than 3 characters at one time is forbidden. | Permanent Ban for additional accounts, 60-day Ban for Main Account.
Note: If a player loses access to one of their accounts (i.e. forgot email) and wishes to create a new one, they must first contact administration to clarify the situation and avoid receiving the penalty.
1.7 All character names must be realistic and cannot contain any insults or obscene language. Using celebrity names, names of characters from movies, comics, etc., or copying names of administrators is forbidden. | Demorgan + Forced Name Change | Up to Permanent Ban for impersonating an administrator
Note: “Celebrity” means any famous people: real-world politicians, influencers, etc.
Clarification: Taking only the first/last name of the person while avoiding a complete match is allowed. (misspelling the name while it sounds the same as the celebrity name is not permitted)
1.8 Transfer/sale/purchase of accounts between parties is strictly forbidden | Permanent Ban
1.9 Interactions between characters owned by the same player is strictly forbidden. This includes directly passing items/currency/property between the characters, or using a third party to pass anything between a main and a secondary character. | 60 Day Ban for Main Character, Permanent Ban for Secondary Character(s), 60 Day Ban for Any Additional Third Parties
Note: Players in violation of this rule may be restricted from owning a secondary character.
