Kidnapping Rules

1.1 At least one car and 2x number of people are required to stop a motorbike/moped/bicycle. At least 2 cars and 2x number of people are required to stop a car. | Demorgan 60-120 Mins
Example: 1 car with 2 people to stop one person on a bike; 2 cars and a total of 4 people to stop 2 people in a car.
Note: It is only allowed to stop vehicles and rob their occupants outside of the city.
Note: If the victim doesn’t comply and continues driving, it falls under Fear RP.


1.2 It is prohibited to rob or hold hostage more than 2 people simultaneously. | Verbal Warning to the Org

Maximum ransom for a civilian hostage is $30,000.
Maximum ransom for a state employee is $40,000.
Maximum ransom for a state senior staff / high command is $50,000.
Maximum ransom for a deputy | leader of a state organization is $75,000 | 100,000.
Maximum ransom for a leader of another gang is $50,000. | Warning to the Leader
Note: Ransom for a gang leader from the state is $30,000 like any other civilian. $50,000 may only be demanded from the gang whose leader has been kidnapped.

1.4 Instead of ransom, it is allowed to demand for a hostage: removal of barricades, free passage for 1 car. It is allowed to demand a helicopter for a leader of a state organization.
Note: Gang members will take the pilot’s phone and radio (through RP Commands), the pilot is not allowed to share his location with anyone and must follow directions given by the gang members. It is forbidden to harm, kill, or kidnap the pilot. State employees are not allowed to shoot at the helicopter.

1.5 A hostage must be released within 10 seconds after the demand has been fulfilled. | Verbal Warning to the Org

Senior staff of FIB may order to storm the hostage takers, ignoring the safety of the hostages, only if the kidnappers refuse to release a hostage after a demand has been fulfilled, or if the demands are inadequate (more money or demands than allowed). | Warning to the Org

It is forbidden to hold someone hostage without requested negotiators from the state or another gang for more than 10 minutes. | Warning to the Org

1.8
The state has 15 minutes to respond and begin the negotiations. If no negotiators arrive, the hostages must be released. | Warning to the Org

1.9
Each gang/family can only do one hostage situation per hour. If no negotiations took place, the cooldown doesn’t apply. | Warning to the Org
