Evidence
https://forum.gta5zenith.com/threads/2610/
I’m writing this forum post to respectfully raise concern about an unfair administrative action taken against me in Zenith RP.

Recently, I submitted a report against players 88, 212, and 562 for multiple rule violations under the ongoing "martial law" scenario in the city. It’s important to note that there is currently no proper legislation or rulebook for martial law, and the only active factions are the National Guard and gangs. This creates a situation where one side is heavily overpowered, and some of them have been repeatedly breaking rules.

In my complaint thread, evidence was presented, and the admin team reviewed it. Players 88 and 562 were indeed punished for rule violations based on my report — yet I was banned for 6 days for “targeting an organization.”

This decision makes absolutely no sense. Here's why:
  1. I only reported players who were clearly violating the rules, and my claims were backed by video evidence. If the admin team agreed enough to punish those players, how does it make sense to then punish me for “targeting” them? I was simply using the forum to highlight rule breaks, which is what it's there for.
  2. The POVs submitted by player 88 under the thread were extremely weak. Two of his videos had no mic/audio of him at all. In past cases, I’ve seen this same admin reject POVs that lacked voice communication, yet here they were strangely accepted and used to justify further actions against me.
  3. One of the main complaints I raised was that the Miranda rights were not read. I reviewed the POVs carefully. What player 88 does is list charges — this is not the same as reading Miranda rights.
For clarity, here are the key components of Miranda Rights:
  • The right to remain silent
  • The right to an attorney
  • The right to a court-appointed attorney if you can't afford one
  • That anything you say can and will be used against you in court
None of this was stated. Yet the admin ruled that Miranda rights were read. This is a factual inaccuracy and shows either a misunderstanding of proper RP law enforcement procedures or selective enforcement.

To add to this, calling out repeated rule breaks by a faction isn’t “targeting” — it’s simply holding players accountable. If we can’t report violations for fear of being banned, it undermines the whole forum system.

I am posting a POV below of what the general of same organisation to whom I am being called targeting just because I put a honest suggestion against corrupt cops (which was also approved later by admins). They always take OOC stuffs to the game:

Locked for review and to avoid unnecessary comments.

Rejected.
As per the announcement made regarding martial law in the main discord, it is clearly mentioned that the civil rights of the citizens are temporarily suspended. The LEOs are not obligated to read you your rights however it doesn't allow them to engage in corruption without a properly approved corruption biography. Your ban will stay, you may rejoin the city once its over.
